Planning: Independently completed the Planned Development set under supervision.

Architecture: Quality Control Operations building: Collaborated on preproduction space programming and analysis, supported floor plan development.

Interiors: Office building: Annotated interior drawings, updated door schedules, incorporated Permit set redlines, coordinated & organized material samples.

Formerly known as the USX South Works site, a new Quantum Campus will be calling this place home. An innovative project involving key players such as Lamar Johnson Collaborative, Clayco, CRG, and Related are making waves to Chicago’s South Side. PsiQuantum will be using this prominent campus for quantum science, computing infrastructure, and learning. This microelectronics park plans to reignite the economic development of the South Side and provides access to major public transportation routes to the city.

QC OPS South Exterior Elevation

Submitted as part of the Planned Development set, LJC provided core and shell services for the QC OPS buildings. The QC OPS includes a Data Hall, housing PsiQuantum's equipment, as well as a Preproduction Center.

PsiQuantum's office building provides a distinct visual contrast to the Beta system building, while maintaining seamless programmatic integration.

Featuring open office workstations, enclosed phone booths, and conference rooms, this space fosters a light atmosphere with a strong connection to nature.
